Good news everyone! The bike is back together and running well!
Especially the gearbox and new clutch bearing.
I had the clutch center turned out and fitted a thin walled bearing in place of the rollers, as my primary is no longer submerged in oil.
The new mechanism works great and I no longer have to worry about those needle rollers that aren’t packed in grease when I pull the clutch in.
Also, after re-wiring the stator into the regulator with proper thickness wires, I am now getting consistent charging currents of 8amps. Additionally, I wired the sense wire to the battery, and my regulator no longer over charges to 18v when I have the headlights on (Due to voltage sagging on the headlight circuit it was wired into before)
